Website statistics
We count website page loads and clicks on Book Now, Airbnb links and the booking email button to understand how our website is used. We store daily totals only. Our statistics do not store your name, email address, IP address, a visitor identifier or your browsing history. We do not use cookies or browser storage for these statistics. Returning visits can be counted more than once. Access to the statistics is restricted to the host.
Booking enquiries
The enquiry form opens your email app with an email prepared for you to send. It does not submit your name, email, telephone number or dates to a website database. If you send the email, Bryan and Louise use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting booking. We use our email and website hosting providers to deliver these services. Please avoid including payment card details or identity documents in an initial enquiry.
Your booking
Before confirming a direct booking, we provide the booking terms and further information about any guest registration details needed for your stay.
